This Agreement governs your use of the ph52 platform and all services provided thereunder. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using ph52.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph52 ("ph52", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the ph52 website at ph52.club and all associated services, games, and content provided thereon.
By accessing ph52, registering an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published by ph52. ph52 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending winnings, and return of any unplayed deposits at ph52's discretion.
21+ ph52 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph52. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same individual or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update ph52 of any changes via the Account Settings panel or by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ph52 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security. You must immediately notify ph52 support if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
ph52 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where ph52 has reason to believe that these Terms have been or may be violated.
ph52 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of its players. As part of ph52's Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
ph52 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending KYC completion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be restricted or closed. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with ph52's Privacy Policy.
Deposits. ph52 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph52 account balance in Philippine Peso. ph52 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes applicable to each payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts during standard processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
ph52 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment service provider's standard transaction fees may apply. ph52 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable AML regulations.
Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the Bonuses & Promotions section and the specific bonus terms applicable to each offer. Failure to complete applicable wagering requirements before requesting withdrawal may result in forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ph52 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from ph52 may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ph52.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph52's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph52 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if ph52 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph52 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability.
ph52 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering on ph52, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph52 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary to deliver ph52 services. ph52 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph52 will provide reasonable notice via the registered contact information on your account. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this document. Your continued use of ph52 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amendments, you must cease using ph52 and may close your account by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. ph52 is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ph52, you agree to first contact ph52's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
